Yes! For only $30 more, we will add or combine strings that YOU PROVIDE into any designs on our website, along side the famous musicians' strings. Use our CONTACT FORM to inquire. These make incredibly special mementos and gifts.
I found a design that I love but you do not offer it here with the musician's strings that I want. Can you customize jewelry for me?
We are happy to customize any of the designs on our website with the musician's strings that you would like, provided we have the needed strings (amount of the specified string/width).
We will also COMBINE strings from 2 or more musicians to further customize your piece. Please use our contact form to inquire about specific designs and available strings.
I purchased a piece of jewelry and the size needs to be adjusted.
What should I do?
Play it Forward designs wants everyone to enjoy wearing and sharing their special mementos.
We can usually resize or make adjustments to your jewelry for a minimal charge for any additional materials needed, plus shipping charges. Use our contact form to inquire.
Why do prices sometimes vary for the same item from musician to musician?
Our pricing depends upon several factors including the materials used in creating the jewelry, as well as the availability and demand of the musicians' components used. Many of the strings in our collection are extremely limited, placing a higher (and sometimes increasing) value on those strings.
Are ALL SALES FINAL ?
Because Play it Forward designs creates each piece of jewelry to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we want everyone who purchases or receives our pieces to be happy with their wearable mementos. We will work with you to be sure this happens. Please contact us with any questions or concerns and be sure to READ AND FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED with every piece.

Yes. Play it Forward designs creates and donates numerous pieces throughout the year for charity fundraising events. Use our contact form to recommend a non-profit charity for review, along with the fundraising event or auction name, date, and contact information for the host organization.
